She's just visiting

"Mr. Basil, why do you have pictures of this hairy lizard all over your table?"

Because people apparently still want me to draw GMD fanart... and because this idea's been spinning in my brain for a while now XD As well as a happy birthday wish to each mouse fan out there!

If you ask me, Olivia would end up being a frequent visitor in the Basil household, wherever Basil like it or not. Some times he might actually enjoy her hyperactive presence, most notably when he's bored, but there are also some times when a grown up would just need a few moments alone... to get his f***** work done (and thus, pay the rent, buy food and all the other things one needs to... I donno... SURVIVE!) Coincidently, children seem to chose these exact moments to become especially curious.

... This is one of those moments.

So on one hand, Basil is doing some preliminary research, and Olivia (who despite everything is quite a childish... CHILD!) comments about what she sees on the desk. Bet ya' Basil never expected that. _{And just as a btw... that is not a lizard dear Olivia... that's not hair you see on him... Good thing she's just visiting, no?}
